Hello dear Visitor,
My name Lilia Flores, and I've created this practice as a culmination of my life experiences. Let me give you a taste of my background first. I have always had many passions and interests in my life. I hold a BS and MEng in Electrical Engineering and several professional certifications like English to Spanish Translation, Personal and Group Training with specialties in Corrective Exercise, Postural Alignment, and Core Disciplines like Suspension Training, and Mindful Practices like Yoga and Pilates on the Mat. I am a graduate of the Professional and Advance Studies programs of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing (BBSH). I'm also an experienced meditator, practicing since 2007, and use Mindfulness as my sole practice to be still and centered. As you can probably tell, I'm an avid learner and my mind loves to know more about Science, the physical body, the psyche, and overall wellbeing, among other subjects.
Since 2006, after the birth of my second child, I began my own inner exploration and healing process, or I should say it began on its own. Though I didn't have a one-time life changing situation like a serious health condition, my own life experiences and curiosity led me to explore and eventually challenge my own internal mental and physical patterns. I discovered that these habitual patterns (or beliefs) seemed to be holding me back in life, affecting my relationship to myself and others, keeping me depressed at times, and with very low self-esteem. These beliefs asked me to hate and get rid of the parts of myself that I didn't like, be perfect and always very hard on myself (sounds familiar?). I used to believe that if I got rid of the unwanted parts, I'd be happy. But it wasn’t until I realized that by accepting ALL parts of me and being ok with them (the good and the not so good), that a feeling of Wholeness emerged from within me and I found my own inner power. Since then, all I feel is an organic sense of growth and of knowing myself. I set my own time, I hold compassion for my own process, and I also step forward when I'm ready. Un-E.T. is a natural manifestation of this process: Un-E.T. = Unify, Empower and Transform.
Unlike other services online, my intention with Un-E.T. is to create a personalized experience and a growth environment for each individual whether it's online, recorded, or in person. I use all of my skills to train and teach individuals: an engineering mind to find a logical path, commitment and dedication as a fitness enthusiast to teach discipline and persistence, a healer's intuition, heart and sensitivity to feel deeper into the moment with a compassionate presence, and language skills to convey a clear message. In short, I USE ALL OF MY SELF to help others. People usually tell me that they feel inspired to move with this approach as they’re never forced, though they will be challenged to come out of their comfort zone. The Mission of Un-E.T. Wellness, Coaching and Living LLC is to empower each individual by supporting them in recognizing and using all of their unique skills and strengths through Mind, Body and Spirit disciplines like: Meditation, Physical Training, Nutrition Basics, and Brennan Healing Science (energy healing) among others. By discovering and using their own unique gifts, the individual can move through self-limitations, improve their overall wellbeing and bring more fulfillment, peace and satisfaction to their daily lives.
